What happens when I reach my free limit?
When you use all 5 daily attempts on the Free plan, you'll see a friendly upgrade screen. You can wait until midnight (WAT) when your limit resets, or upgrade to Premium for unlimited uses right away.
How do I pay for Premium?
We accept payments in naira through Paystack and Flutterwave — pay with your debit card, bank transfer, or mobile money. It's fast, secure, and 100% Nigerian-friendly.
Can I switch between weekly and monthly billing?
Yes! Premium is available as a weekly or monthly subscription. You can change your billing cycle anytime from your profile settings, and the new rate applies from your next renewal.
Do you offer student discounts?
The Free plan is always available with no credit card required. We're working on special discounts for schools and universities — email hello@studybuddy.ng if you'd like early access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your Premium subscription anytime from your profile. You'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Is there a refund policy?
If you're not happy within the first 7 days of your Premium subscription, email us at support@studybuddy.ng and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
